  1. All concrete blocks are made from excess concrete production in efforts to recycle waste material.

  2. Concrete blocks are F.O.B. shipping point & expressly waives all liability relating to the transportation and placement. (Transportation of block can be pre-arranged with the Plant Manager, at the convience of Quandel Concrete.

  3.  Sales are on a first come, first served basis.  If your project requires block to be produced beyond the excess materials, an increase in price is added. (For all pricing, call the Plant Manager -Ron Rowlands, at 570-544-5677)

  4. Quandel Concrete expressly waives all commitment to a uniform coloring, shape, pattern, inventory and warranty to all block and caps sold.

  5. If you wish for us to hold blocks for a future sale, q 50% non-refundable deposit is required on the amount of block held.
